As I pursue the role of creative director, I am deeply committed to infusing fresh ideas with purpose.
Attention to detail is something which I pride myself on, ensuring that every aspect of a project is meticulously crafted. Storytelling is where I shine; bringing authenticity and depth to creative endeavours. Embracing change with enthusiasm, I am eager to contribute to the ongoing evolution of art and design.

As a recent graduate from Norwich University of the Arts, in the field of Fashion Communication and Promotion, I am keen to make use of the skills I have been taught by paving my way into a career that suits my ambitions.

Linzi Shoes (Lakeside) - Sales Assistant
My role at this shoe store required me to attend to every customers needs, handling sales transactions accurately, which involves operating cash registers, processing payments, and issuing receipts. Other areas involved me addressing and resolving customer issues or complaints in a professional manner. Sales assistants are often the first point of contact for customers, making their problem-solving skills essential for maintaining customer satisfaction. I would also offer styling advice and give the best shoe recommendations.

McDonalds - Crew Member, Crew Trainer, Shift Leader
Through the years I have worked for McDonalds, I have been given a few roles: Crew Member, Crew Trainer and Shift Leader. In each of these roles I have had the opportunity for growth and education; learning something new everyday and displaying my want to help the team. Specifically, in my latest role of Shift Leader, I am tasked with the overseeing of crew members during their shifts, ensuring that everyone is performing their duties efficiently. This includes delegating tasks, providing guidance, and addressing any performance issues that arise.
VUE Cinema - Customer Assistant
During my brief time here, my role required me to greet customers warmly as they enter the cinema, assist them with any inquiries, and provide information about movie showtimes, ticket prices, and cinema facilities. Exceptional customer service is crucial to enhance the patrons' experience.
